Terms and Conditions for Frequent Flyer Programme Miles

• Members will earn 1 Skywards Mile per 1$ USD spent in respect of a Qualifying Rate and Qualifying Spend at The Address Hotels + Resorts

• Qualifying Rates means any standard room rate at any Address Hotel + Resort which is defined as any published rate or standard hotel rates, corporate rates and government rates

• Qualifying Rates exclude airline employee rates, inter-company or employee discount rates, any complementary, free or barter room or any stays in connection with a frequent traveler award, gift certificates or other awards or discounted rates, wholesale, packages, tour operator, conference, travel industry discount, special discounted and long stay rates

• Qualifying Spend means all charges (excluding service charge or applicable taxes levied by any competent authority) charged to the room bill during a stay irrespective of whether staying on a qualifying room rate

• Qualifying Spend is in respect of making use of the food and beverage or any other related services at The Address Hotels + Resorts

• Qualifying Spend includes but is not limited to telephone calls and laundry services but excludes conference related, tips and third party charges

• Members must present a valid Skywards Card at the time of check-in to earn Skywards Miles

• Skywards Miles will be credited to the Member's Account only after payment in full is made for the qualifying stay through direct payment at the hotel

• Member will receive miles for one room per member per stay at The Address Hotels + Resorts

• If the Member wishes to claim an adjustment to the number of Skywards Miles awarded or a retroactive claim, the Member must do so within six months of the date of transaction, by sending written details to the Skywards office, with a copy of the hotel invoice for which the Member did not receive the correct number of Skywards Miles

• The name of the Member must match the name in the hotel reservation to be eligible for miles accrual

• Skywards Miles earned from staying at The Address Hotels + Resorts are subject to the terms and conditions of the Skywards Program

• The Address Hotels + Resorts reserve the right to change these terms and conditions, along with the available benefits structure at any time, with no advance notice
