Every month, our signature dining destination, Nineteen, becomes a battleground for Dubai’s top chefs! Using the same staple ingredient, each contender will create three unique and flavoursome dishes and you, the judges, will determine a winner. It’s the perfect combination of creative cuisine and competition, and a novel way for you to sample delectable new dishes!
